THE ONLY 6 FISH WE SHOULD EAT

Too bad there were only six. but i think i can't take not to eat other seafood not as much i did for meats. I have read this article in yahoo and I just want to share this to other readers.


Maybe, you're asking why are these the only seafoods we must eat. These are the main reasons:

1. they have low levels of contaminants—below 216 parts per billion [ppb] mercury and 11 ppb PCBs

2. for their being high in omega-3s

3. because they come from a sustainable fishery

so, what are these fishes?

1. Salmon



2. Pink Shrimps



3. Mussels and Oysters



4. Pacific Sardines



5. Rainbow Trout



6. Albacore Tuna.
